It's time...Another chapter of the Journey is beginning...On February 1, 2007 my life as I knew it came to an end. Having played soccer the day before, I suddenly could not move my body from the chest down. The distinctions and lessons I have learned along the way have been invaluable. As I have said several times, I would never want to go through this again, YET I would never want to have it undone because of how much I have grown. I want to thank everyone who has supported me on this Journey. I am now in the process of finishing my book based upon this Journey. 2009 promises to be an exciting year. Happy Holidays and Happy New Year! -Henrik

A very humbling feeling... The Baker...actually the morning shower in bed.  I never thought sitting would be a challenge...but it is a HUGE challenge. The big ball helps with the balance No ego here-wearing a diaper is very humbling.

"What am I grateful for?" is a great first question to ask ourselves first thing in the morning. When we begin the day feeling grateful, we set the tone for what kind of day we will have. -Henrik
